VANTAGE is Minnetonka High School’s experiential project-based learning program.VANTAGE students experience regular guest instruction and site visits along with a rigorous curriculum. They are paired with a one-on-one mentor for the year who helps and guides them on their projects and various topics about success in the professional world.The foundation of VANTAGE is company projects. Through experiential learning, VANTAGE offers a unique opportunity to apply their coursework in real-world settings. Students solve genuine problems through project-based assignments.To create this foundation, we need to continuously cultivate rich experiences in the form of projects with engaged project sponsors. This role is designed to find and nurture the best project sponsor relationships to provide the most elevated experiential learning.
