I advise and defend Wells Fargo on cybersecurity and information security, data incident response, and InfoSec regulations. I lead our Cybersecurity Legal team and work on enterprise-wise actions and initiatives, which means I work with great people throughout the entire bank. At Wells Fargo, I counsel on the vast realm of cybersecurity, negotiate information security sections of contracts, and help the bank quickly respond to cyber incidents and events. I advise on Asia-Pacific laws and regulations including those in China, Hong Kong, India, Philippines, Singapore, Japan, and Thailand. I work on regulatory issues covering GLBA, U.S. state and global data breach laws, CCPA and CPRA, GDPR, HIPAA, NY DFS, and cyber event regulations. I provide legal advice in stress testing and scenario analysis, and for employee training. I\'m part of the Women\'s Team Network and enjoy volunteering in our community. I’ve advised clients on data security, data privacy, data breaches, and technology availability incidents, including those on a global scale and in fast-paced environments. My broad experience for 33 years as corporate counsel and outside counsel helps me to look at the big picture as well as the details. I’m admitted to the bar in NC, AZ and NY. I’ve been fortunate to live in the Midwest, Northeast, and Southwest, and now am based out of Charlotte. I successfully worked 100% remotely for Wells Fargo continuously for two years.
