I am an education leader with 15 years of experience in enrollment management, admissions strategy, student success, and organizational leadership. With a Ph.D. in Educational Leadership and a proven record of driving growth through data-informed planning and mission-centered practices, I am committed to helping students, families, and schools thrive.In my role as Head of Enrollment Management at Stratford Academy, I lead initiatives that strengthen P–12 recruitment, family engagement, retention, and the whole-child educational experience.
