Developed and stewarded relationships with 40+ external programs ranging from colleges and universities to outdoor education and study abroad programs.Designed and led selection process for SA Ruth & Norman Success Academy Rales Scholars Program to award $40K to each recipient. Selected 27scholars who exemplified the selection criteria and awarded $1MM in scholarship funds. Implemented annual advising and mentoring program for three classes of Rales Scholars. Led the development of an Alumni Persistence Dashboard in partnership with the enterprise data and analytics team on Looker and developed a centralized process for collecting, updating, and visualizing alumni persistence data to inform backwards K-12 planning and ensure accurate tracking and reporting of alumni persistence outcomes.
