Partner with the HRLT Steering Committee to design and execute employee engagement strategies that align with company values, culture, and overall business objectives• Lead and develop an effective Employee Engagement team that will develop and drive programs that improve employee experience with measurable improvements to the candidate pipeline, engagement scores, and retention• Partner with all areas of Human Resources, Operations, Marketing, and other functions as needed to execute employee experience strategies and drive execution to deliver measurable results•Manage employee surveys and analyze survey metrics and results to identify areas of improvement to enhance workplace satisfaction and retention• Partner with Marketing to develop and manage internal communication strategies to ensure employees are informed, connected, and aligned with company goals• Provide regular business updates for leadership including metrics, benchmarking, qualitative employee feedback, and progress indicators
