One common theme in my career is people. I have held many job titles but what I am most passionate about is connecting with others, creating exceptional employee experiences, and leaving a positive impact on everyone I cross paths with. As an HR professional my focus is always the people I serve. Whether I am managing benefits, onboarding a new team member, or consulting with executive leaders I remain focused on what is best for our strongest asset – our people. I love to impact the employee experience in many ways. I ensure our team members are onboarded and set up for success and assist in matters that impact employees including crafting policies, translating employment law, and keeping the executive team updated on new employment regulations. I am naturally curious and thrive on new challenges, I have expanded my knowledge in the HR industry and stretched myself to make a greater impact on the workplace.
