About Kelly Fischer
I lead a multi-disciplinary team of researchers, analysts, and insights leaders who are bringing the voice of the consumer to the center of decision-making at Nike. I accidentally discovered consumer insights at the beginning of my Nike career, when I realized there was a field where I could combine my quantitative skillset with my natural interest in understanding how people think and feel. Since then, I\'ve been helping Nike become an organization the leverages the power of survey research and the voice of the consumer at scale. Today, my team helps Nike listen to survey data and feedback from millions of consumers all over the globe and is developing new and innovative ways to help Nike\'s executive leadership team keep listening to the voice of the athlete. To date, we have saved Nike millions of dollars by finding creative ways to drive cost efficiency in our work so we can bring the voices of more consumers to our leaders every day. Our work has influenced decisions from Nike CX and membership strategy to footwear and apparel design and creation.
