Over the years, this experience led her to create systems for her many clients to capture pertinent data and keep everyone on track.After researching other online management systems and listening to the frustrations of other Estate Managers, Kelly saw an opportunity to share her system—an alternative to Excel spreadsheets and online calendars—addressing the biggest personal risk of domestic staffing, employee timekeeping. It was obvious to Kelly that a simple, customizable program would be vital to easily capture, update and share all estate information, while selectively holding sensitive information confidential. Think online house manual with a maintenance and events calendar, HR records and timekeeping, along with all household inventories, emergency preparedness information and fleet management records.This program became Estate Management Systems—available in an app that is easily viewed and updated—even if the staff or principal is less-than tech-savvy.
