Develop, organize, and analyze annual operating budget and ongoing monthly/quarterly estimates Prepare monthly and annual staffing forecast and track on a bi-weekly basis Month end responsibilities including accruals, research, inventory usage analysis, and reporting Analyze and challenge monthly deviations from budget and previous years Prepare and update monthly and annual recovery fee forecasts by operating station for license, registration and concession fee expenses Set various goals for the Field Managers including counter sales revenue, productivity, fuel collections, shuttling expense, overtime, field admin expense, etc. and track results on a monthly basis Prepare bid analysis and bid summary memo for airport concessions and make recommendations to Senior Management Track actual spending vs forecasted capital spending for each project and review variances with Construction and Engineering Manager Work closely with the Local Market Development Manager in preparing initial profitability analyses and key statistical projections for new location proposals Provide guidance and hold peers accountable to budget variances and recurring trends Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and lead projects to deliver improvements in productivity and operating costs Partner with multiple business functions on the annual plan, periodic re-forecasting and long term planning Perform on site and remote location audits to ensure compliance with the organization’s accounting controls and management control policies Assist in the preparation of ad-hoc projects and analyses deemed necessary by the requirements of Senior and local Management Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators including various revenue and expense metrics
