Everything I do starts with one question: What are we becoming?Not what are we building. Not what do we sell. What are we becoming as a company, as a team, as a vision trying to make it from someone\'s interior life out into the world?I\'ve spent nearly 15 years inside that question with founders. My favorite spot to work in is when someone’s idea is brilliant but the language for it doesn’t exist yet. My niche is helping founders close the gap between what they know and what the world can see.I\'ve supported founders in raising $30M+ across early-stage and growth companies. My work is a combination of founder coaching, brand identity, organizational strategy, and impact advisory that has brought me to 20+ countries helping ideas stabilize and scale. I’ve supported Fortune 500s like PwC, Nike, Coca-Cola, and LiveNation, as well as some of Central America’s most iconic tech start-ups, including n1co, Sostengo, and hugo ($150M exit).Now, I\'m focused on women\'s health and wealth through two ventures: Posh Nutrition: a female-founded functional snack brand redefining nourishment for women; and Girlfriend Capital: a membership platform and AI toolkit converting women\'s relational capital into lives that feel deeply rich.The process of becoming isn\'t linear.
