ABOUT KELLY DRAPER-HILLYARD

Enthusiastic and dedicated qualified HR individual, who enjoys number crunching, problem solving and being creative (a rare breed I am told!) and successfully built 15+ years’ experience in all aspects of the HR environment.Most recently, I have been exploiting my number and analytical skills working in Global Reward and HR Information Management. In my current role as Global Human Resources Information Systems Manager, I am committed to supporting my global colleagues and employees with all things HR & Payroll systems related. I continue to upskill myself and my team to develop our platforms for an improved end user experience.My key role achievements to date include successfully implementing a Global HR Information system (Oracle HCM). More recently this has included an Oracle HCM upgrade to new Redwood technologies over various modules which I have led, evaluated and part-configured. I also completed a Global Payroll integration project, which has seen 20+ payrolls across 18 countries set up on a Global Payroll platform, integrated with our existing Global HRIS. These 3 key projects have been great learning opportunities, growing my skills technically, personally and professionally. Previous to this, I worked as a generalist for 7 years before venturing into the world of Learning & Development where I secured my CIPD Level 7 Advanced Diploma in Human Resource Development. I had great fun being involved in a range of learning methods - most enjoyably a \"Strategy Update\" boardgame delivered across the globe!When not happily dancing through the world of HRIS and Reward, you will find me prancing about in the kitchen with my young family; strutting my stuff in a Zumba studio; or foxtrotting with my husband. My ambition in life is to be a great and loving mum, daughter, wife. To be a supportive colleague, a kind friend. To work hard, to enjoy life. To always grow, always be curious. It would be great to connect with like-minded individuals.
