As a Store Manager, she had effectively managed staffs of 20-100 associates depending on store size/volume. An artist who connects with the customer she is designing for and/or selling to. As a Fashion Educator, the main approach is to teach from a real-world approach to ensure students not only understand definitions and theory, but the best way to apply the course subject/class assignment concepts covered. Field trips are always incorporated into the planning of a course. Also in this role, a continued stride to reach out and develop, build relationships with local Fashion Industry Professionals and Companies.
