I am a senior technology and data executive with more than 20 years of experience leading enterprise-wide transformations across banking, government, telecom, and technology services. Over the course of my career, I’ve guided organizations through large-scale M&A, regulatory demands, and the adoption of AI/ML platforms, remaining focused on aligning technology investments to real business value.At Old National Bank, As the inaugural Chief Data Officer I pioneered an enterprise-wide transformation that spanned 200+ applications and supported 4,500 employees across three M&A cycles, supporting record EPS growth. At JPMorgan Chase, I executed multiple executive roles: Global Data Officer (HR/CAO), Chief Data Officer (Consumer Credit), Executive Director (Technology Operations), and Executive Director (Data Warehouse), leading large-scale transformations across risk, HR, compliance, and enterprise data platforms. Earlier in my career, I founded a consulting firm, advised state governments on technology & digital modernization, and built a reputation for delivering mission-critical solutions.My foundation in leadership began in law enforcement and the U.S. Air Force, where I served as a SWAT team member and was recruited for presidential security detail. I directed 12 base-wide security programs, earned and maintained Top Secret (TS/SCI) clearance, and was entrusted with safeguarding high-profile missions at the highest levels of national security.
