I am a Client Partner at Slalom supporting government and social impact clients seeking to equitably support our communities and cities in the Raleigh area within broader operating goals for the State of North Carolina. In my role, I focus on bringing the best of Slalom and our fiercely human, local consulting model to the fearless and resolute public servants in the region, with innovation at the heart of all that we do. I’m passionate about making our government better - so all can benefit. I have 15+ years of experience working across public service, smart cities, non-profits, energy, and utilities, focusing primarily on strategy, customer experience, digital technologies, design and innovation, and new product development. I am a seasoned client leader and dot connector – collaborating with global companies, non-profits, public sector entities, and large tech companies. Most recently, I led new initiatives to use new data & AI innovations to mitigate the impacts of climate change across all dimensions of the business. I am enthusiastic about partnering with regional leaders on improving education and childcare, increasing access to affordable and comprehensive healthcare, empowering disadvantaged communities, mitigating the effects of climate change, and building and leading diverse teams. Personally, I live in Cary, North Carolina with my husband and two boys. We enjoy exploring all the beautiful parks, trails, restaurants, and activities the Triangle area has to offer.
