Whether I’m designing a workshop that sparks belonging, facilitating a learning experience that invites reflection, or guiding someone through a career pivot, I hold space for courage, clarity, and what matters most.For over 20 years, I’ve worked at the intersection of storytelling, strategy, and soul. I began in advertising, leading global campaigns and managing high-stakes client relationships. I later pivoted into coaching and learning design, supporting more than people through burnout, reinvention, and the powerful question: What now?My body of work includes a signature career course, retreats, and workshops that move people from stuck to clear, from performing to leading. And sometimes, I wear my favorite hat: Resume Witch—doing resume magic that reflects not just what people have done, but who they truly are.(The kind of honesty that opens doors.)At the heart of it all is permission.Permission to pause.
