As Director, I oversee our grassroots relational organizing and distributed organizing programs in Michigan. I develop political strategy to reach target audiences and win elections up and down the ballot. I have established RWB’s reputation as THE expert on Michigan\'s suburban and small town women through public speaking engagements, social media outreach, and earned media. I collaborate with other organizations and coalitions to pass public policy and create meaningful education programs for our members. I ensure our statewide, remote staff is trained, empowered, and motivated to succeed.
