About Kelly Blank

Kelly is motivated to transform the customer journey by using data-driven strategies to optimize customer communications. She has an extensive background in leading marketing strategy for acquisition, engagement, retention, and re-acquisition. This experience, combined with her depth of knowledge in email, push notification and in-app marketing has developed a skill set she uses to increase the effectiveness of marketing communications. As Senior Marketing Manager at Pepper, an IoT smart technology startup, Kelly works across several marketing dimensions — automation architecture, campaign analytics, and communications path optimization — to create and execute strategies that drive awareness, engagement, product adoption, and market leadership.Kelly is a self-starter that enjoys positions that pose new challenges in a fast-paced environment. In her free time she enjoys playing soccer and volleyball competitively, hiking, working on puzzles, volunteering and baking bread. She is an alumnus of the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University, where she graduated with a B.S. in Marketing and Entrepreneurship & Corporate Innovation. She was heavily involved in leadership and mentorship roles, serving on committees for community service, marketing, and the IU’s Teacher’s Excellence Event with AKPsi as well as on the social media committee for IU’s American Marketing Association chapter. She was also heavily involved in the community, volunteering with Junior Achievement, Girls Inc, and the Boys & Girls Club.
