Leverage external networks, professional organizations, available tools or resources, and market demographics to identify and pipeline a broad range of diverse external talent. • Cultivating and sustaining strong relationships with key stakeholders with Care. • Ensure integrity of the Applicant Tracking System through appropriate maintenance of applicant documents, job descriptions, offer letters, forms, job requisitions and applicant dispositions to maintain compliance. • Partner with HRBP\'s, Total Rewards, Operations, Executives and Hiring Manager\'s within multiple LOB • Coach hiring managers to support the proper qualification and evaluation of candidates’ competencies; guide the hiring decision process in keeping with employment laws and regulations. • Ensure all pre-employment requirements have been completed- background checks, reference checks, executed offer letters, coordination of relocation and/or travel, including Visa / Sponsorship process. • Recruit candidates for wide range of job openings including Digital, Marketing, Accounting, Payroll, Human Resources, Compliance, Finance, Tax, Information Technology, Project Management, Analytics, Creative, Client Experience & Global Enterprise Banking.
