About Kelly Merritt

I have a passion to lead, to build strong teams, to transform an organization to perform at the highest level possible. It starts with “willingness” to want more, not accepting the way it’s always been and the desire to look at you and your company differently. I have the ability to see the big picture, create a plan, and execute the plan while facilitating the different aspects of change management. I have over 15 years of project and program management experience, including eight years of organizational transformation facilitation. My experience is leading small to large projects, specializing in both enterprise applications as well as the whole technical infrastructure. I draw energy from managing portfolios of projects as well as individual projects; leading, working with teams, working with each team member, being a motivator and being a coach all while achieving the goals we are working towards. I\'m looking forward to sharing my energy and passion with a company that is looking for somebody to make a difference.
