I’m an experienced and award-winning leader passionate about building strong, values-driven partnerships that drive positive social change. With a background rooted in community engagement, economic development, strategic philanthropy, and government relations, I’ve spent over 15 years creating programs that empower people and strengthen communities across Greater Cincinnati.Currently, I serve as Senior Economic Development Officer for Hamilton County, where I lead initiatives that invest $5M+ annually into inclusive, community-focused growth. My previous leadership roles include Executive Director of the Over-the-Rhine Chamber of Commerce, where I created a corporate engagement strategy from scratch and developed close relationships with key companies including Kroger, P&G, and Duke Energy. In addition, I served as a Senior Community Engagement Specialist at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital, leading outreach across the Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana regions.I’m particularly proud of co-founding Represent, an initiative that increased Black-owned businesses in OTR by 65% which has now transitioned to a standalone nonprofit. I understand what it takes to secure transformational gifts, build lasting partnerships, and align diverse stakeholders around shared goals.Recognized with the 40 Under 40 Award by the Cincinnati Business Courier and the Deserving Neighbor Award by Cincinnati Magazine, I also hold a certification in Building Cultural Competence from the Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber.Whether I’m collaborating with corporate partners, civic leaders, or grassroots organizations, my approach is thoughtful, inclusive, and impact-driven.
