Currently working in the Tree Aftermarket team. Responsible for delivering subsea trees and associated tooling for offshore use. Package Lead for the Nakika K5 Umbilical. Responsible for request for proposal (RFP) through to the call-off and delivery of the equipment. Site Representative for GSH Aftermarket/Services at PMF, Houma LA – Liaison between BP PMF and GSH to plan and coordinate work onsite, RCA on AT XT 21, Nakika SFL Flushing and Pull testing to prep for commissioning, onsite for witness of testing as needed; prepare shipment support for all Aftermarket and New Delivery equipment shipments within GSH.BP onsite representative at several supplier sites such as Spitzer Industries, FMC - Gears Rd, and Oceaneering - Panana City, FL. I was responsible for expediting solutions to any non-conformance reports (NCRs), schedule, Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), Welding, and Non-Destructive Examination (NDE) procedures and worked with BP Third Party Inspectors (TPIs) to ensure a quality delivery of our subsea equipment.Qualified and delivered the first BP umbilical through Oceaneering - Panama City, FL plant with the Juniper Umbilical and Termination. Qualified a 10mm2 TQWA 1.0/1.6 (2.0) kV at Oceaneering and subsea Field Installable Termination Assemblies (FITAs) in Teledyne-ODI to increase BP options for building future umbilicals.
