With over 30 years of leadership and engineering experience, I am committed to driving measurable growth, building high-performing teams, and delivering transformative outcomes for clients and communities. As a Partner and Executive Vice President at CIMA+, I have led strategic initiatives that combine innovation, collaboration, and client-focused solutions – shaping the future of engineering in Western Canada. My approach is centered on aligning organizational objectives with client priorities, fostering a culture of excellence, and advancing initiatives that strengthen CIMA+’s position as a trusted industry leader. Looking ahead, I am focused on accelerating growth through strategic mergers and acquisitions, expanding into critical sectors, and ensuring we continue to deliver exceptional value to our clients and stakeholders. Throughout my career, I have embraced leadership as a way to inspire confidence, empower others, and drive meaningful results. Previously serving as President of both Consulting Engineers of Alberta and Chair of Consulting Engineers of Saskatchewan, I have had the privilege of advocating for the profession, shaping industry policy, and mentoring the next generation of leaders dedicated to innovation and excellence.
