With a strong academic foundation in Biotechnology and Chemistry, including an Honours Bachelor of Science from the University of Toronto, I have transitioned from the world of laboratory work to the dynamic field of data science. My journey continued with specialized training in data science through the Data Science bootcamp at BrainStation, where I honed my skills in a wide range of data-related disciplines.My expertise extends across multiple programming languages, including Python, SQL, and R, enabling me to extract, manipulate, and analyze data efficiently. I\'m well-versed in data analysis libraries like Pandas, NumPy, and SciPy, and I excel in crafting insightful data visualizations using tools such as Tableau, Matplotlib, and Seaborn.I\'ve delved into the realm of machine learning, with hands-on experience in Scikit-learn, NLP, TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, and more, allowing me to build predictive models and derive valuable insights from complex data. My database management skills include proficiency in MySQL, while my understanding of Big Data technologies encompasses AWS (EC2, S3), Hadoop, Hive, and Spark.In addition to data analysis, I have a strong foundation in data engineering, specializing in designing data pipelines, ETL processes, and data warehousing solutions. I have hands-on experience with version control using Git and GitHub, ensuring a collaborative and organized approach to projects. My deployment skills include the creation of interactive web applications using Streamlit.I\'ve worked in agile environments, utilizing Scrum and Agile tools like JIRA and Trello to facilitate project management and collaboration. My proficiency in Excel extends to advanced functions like VLookup, Conditional Formatting, Pivot Tables, Power Query, and data validation.
