Responsible for bringing in clinical trials to the site. Negotiating the contract between the site and the Sponsor as well as negotiating the budget to run the study. Once the study has gone through the formal contract/budget negotiation, I train the investigator and staff on the details of the study and coordinate the daily activities required by the study to include enrolling and following patients as they go through the trial. Also responsible for payment of vendors and investigators for their services rendered by patient visits.
