Growing up with 2 busy and working parents meant I relied on afterschool programs and community initiatives to become involved in extracurriculars. I loved them so much I would be asked to be picked up last so I could stay and play for longer. I hope now I can facilitate the same experience for others with sports and bring the same joy physical literacy brings me.
