Tancorp is an Indonesian holding company with exponential growth, home to many famous Indonesian brands like Cleo Pure Water, Avian Paint and many more. The group is divided into eight subholdings and manages over 500 brands in Indonesia. With the tagline \"Driving Growth with Impact”. They are focused on becoming a leading group and contribute to the well-being of the Indonesian nation.At Tancorp, I led the creation and execution of innovative creative strategies for a range of brands, including Cleo and Moorlife, with the goal of strengthening their marketing communication systems and ensuring long-term alignment with their brand vision. I worked closely with brand directors to define clear, actionable strategies that shaped the future of their marketing and branding efforts, ensuring a cohesive and forward-thinking approach. Through in-depth competitor analysis and strategic creativity, I enhanced product positioning and strengthened brand presence, which contributed to a more unified brand messaging and a more effective marketing communication system across the company.
