Her insurance specific expertise includes matters across health plans/property & casualty/professional liability/captive and risk pooling structures, advising on: licensing; expansion; alternative risk transfer arrangements; captives; agency and producer licensing; compliance and regulatory reporting; mergers and acquisitions structuring and negotiation (including public companies, agencies, individual books of business and insurers); corporate governance; insolvency issues; insurance holding company compliance and InsurTech technology innovations.As a transactional attorney with expertise dealing with regulators across industries, she continues to advise clients in a variety of regulated industries on compliance related matters, including for state insurance requirements, NAIC model rules, as well as SEC, FHFA and FINRA rule making.
