ABOUT KELLY STANCIK
I have worked in different departments, capacities, and divisions of HCA Healthcare for almost 5 years. In the long run, I am interested in a position as a hospital administrator in order to utilize my skill set in current management styles and proficiency in data transferring and analyzing to assist in the forward progress of hospitals. I have work experience at various levels including management experience and am an extremely, energetic, organized and self-motivated person. I like to take on challenges at work as well as further my education in business and in healthcare. I take constructive criticism well and ask for suggestions on how to improve often. I have a strong and precise knowledge of electronic medical records and insurance company policies. I am proficient in many computer programs, specifically with Privia (EMR system) and most of the Microsoft Office programs. I thrive in situations where I am to lead as well as contributing to a group as a member. I am comfortable in almost all business settings and approach all activities and challenges with a positive attitude.
