ABOUT KELLY STANCIK
I have worked in different departments, capacities, and divisions of HCA Healthcare for over 7 years. In the long run, I am interested in a position as a hospital administrator in order to utilize my skill set in current management styles and proficiency in data transferring and analyzing to assist in the forward progress of hospitals.I have work experience at various levels including management experience and am an extremely, energetic, organized and self-motivated person. I like to take on challenges at work as well as further my education in business and in healthcare. I take constructive criticism well and ask for suggestions on how to improve often. I have a strong and precise knowledge of electronic medical records and insurance company policies. I am proficient in many computer programs, specifically with Privia (EMR system) and most of the Microsoft Office programs.I thrive in situations where I am to lead as well as contributing to a group as a member. I am comfortable in almost all business settings and approach all activities and challenges with a positive attitude.
