I AM A GO-GETTER My colleagues joke around that I remind them of the Energizer Bunny since I am always moving. I am nonstop in my levels of energy and drive, but I love to hop around my different passions because I always want to improve and learn more! I am up for any challenge and will give you 150% effort in anything asked of me. I am an upbeat and positive attitude person that always has a smile on her face. I AM CREATIVE I love breaking down barriers and thinking outside of the box to solve problems. I always love to discover and create new ways to add a little “Spice” to everything I do to make it more memorable! I AM AN ENTREPRENEUR I am not afraid of rejection and failure. I look at failure like this,\"Fail again, but fail better!\" Taking risks does not intimidate me because I will never learn unless I try. This mindset and my entrepreneurial spirit helped guide me on my journey to create, run, and market my three businesses. I have successfully marketed my businesses digitally across 3+ social media platforms, signage and business cards, and word-of-mouth to gain a clientele base of 110+ customers. I AM AN INTENTIONAL LEADER Naturally, I am a leader, but I love creating a collaborative and creative environment where team members are \"Co-Leaders\". When working with a team, I strive for us to get to know each other\'s strengths and weaknesses, therefore we can capitalize on what each of us can do best. When teams take that time to learn about one another, it helps guide our collaboration to naturally fall into place. While participating in all of the client challenges at Miami, my bubbly attitude and this collaborative environment helped guide my A&F team and my MACK Accessible team to second place finishes overall! I AM PASSIONATE Outside of my love for sales, marketing, creativity, and art - I love to be on the water! I am an avid watersports athlete and I love being on the Waterski team in college. Being an athlete in college has boosted my confidence, relationships, leadership skills, networking, team building and teamwork skills, and improved my time management abilities.
