ABOUT KELLY SMITH

During my time as a paralegal, working directly with my Unit Chief, I have been spoiled with the amount of experiences and learning opportunities I’ve been able to acquire. With planning on continuing my education, and with hopes of becoming an attorney in the future, I have an emphasized appreciation for the work I am given and the extra responsibilities that are afforded to me. Being the only paralegal in my bureau has allowed me to have a very unique experience. My time management, ability to work under immense pressure, and ability to adapt in a consistently evolving environment are the three skill sets I am most proud of and want to improve on the most. And I am eager to further challenge myself and take full advantage of all learning opportunities that are to come my way in the future. My background is very diverse in the realm of community relations and my experience in law enforcement and advocacy is what I take pride in the most.
