I believe that meaningful engagement is not a luxury in long-term care.it’s a clinical necessity. As the creator of *The Mosaic Method*, a person-centered approach to Non-Pharmacological Interventions (NPIs), I specialize in helping skilled nursing teams reduce unnecessary medications by harnessing the power of connection, routine, and sensory-based supports. With decades of experience in Activities and a deep commitment to elevating our profession, I train, mentor, and empower Activity Directors to step fully into their interdisciplinary role, not as entertainers, but as behavioral health advocates and quality-of-life specialists. My work bridges clinical documentation, CMS guidelines, and real human stories. The Mosaic Method was born out of the belief that no two people and no two behaviors are exactly alike. Like a mosaic, effective care is built piece by piece: with observation, creativity, and intention. I help teams find those pieces and build something beautiful.
