I teach them how to make better decisions that fit into their lifestyle. My clients love that they can make simple changes that create big results! I trust in the science of happiness, and I teach my clients that by shifting their vision to a positive outlook, they can achieve their wildest dreams.My intention is to bring as much joy and passion into my clients\' lives as possible, to help them realize their abounding potential, and to act as a support system for them to achieve your goals. To do so, I create individually tailored health programs based on my clients focus. We support and work together to accomplish their diet and lifestyle choices, by making changes that work and are simple enough to continue doing for the rest of their lives!

I am a driven, artistic, and focused young woman. I graduated high school with the Founders (Highest Achievement) Award from Stratton Mountain School, a ski-racing academy. As a Magna Cum Laude Graduate of Saint Lawrence University and Captain of my College Alpine Racing Team I developed superior Management, Leadership, and Communication skills. I am a naturally creative, organized, outgoing person; who loves to be in social environments. I enjoy meeting new people, planning events, helping others, sharing my gifts with the world, and rise to the top of any challenge. I am the catalyst that makes work groups happy and productive!
