ABOUT KELLY SHEERAN
In November of 2015, I was hired as the first Austin-based customer support representative for Procore Technologies. Within three months I was managing and helping lead my team and the Austin office through a period of hyper growth during which our business became a unicorn and we grew our office from five to several hundred employees. In 2018, I was tasked with helping stand up support operations on the ground in Australia and support the hours and language needs of our markets in Latin America, French Canada and United Kingdom. In May of 2021 Procore went public and I left to pursue my interests in the nascent Web3 industry. Having networked and participated in building a Web3 community in Austin over the last year, I am eager to apply my experience building and developing teams in a fast paced, start up environment to help businesses usher in the promises of Web3 into the future.
