As the Outreach Director for Advanced Recovery Systems First Responder and Veterans\' programs, my focus is developing community partnerships to best serve these populations through behavioral healthcare. Leading a national business development team, I have robust experience in helping first responder agencies, unions, individuals and their advocates throughout the U.S. and Canada navigate challenges associated with pursuing treatment, including the negotiation of health insurance benefits to cover specialized care. I am grateful to be able to help first responders and Veterans connect with resources to help them thrive in their careers and communities and guide my team to reach their fullest potential.

   Oversees a nationwide team of outreach professionals whose focus is supporting first responders and Veterans in their pursuit of behavioral health treatment. ARS has 13 treatment programs in-network with every major commercial insurer and the Veterans Affairs Community Care Network. Under ARS\' umbrella is the IAFF Center of Excellence for Behavioral Health Treatment and Recovery, a one of a kind program for professional fire service members, and Fortitude, a specialty track with trauma-informed care for first responders and Veterans.
