ABOUT KELLY RUSTON

A creative communications professional with senior roles held at household names including Claire\'s Accessories, FedEx (then TNT), and Capita to name a few with consultative roles on major projects including HS2 and now working for one of the fastest-growing pharmaceutical companies in Europe, Accord Healthcare. I am an award-winning, commercially driven European Marketing and Communications professional with over 15 years\' experience (yes, I know I don\'t look that old!) across a number of industries both in the public and private sectors at director level. An experienced and natural networker, as most good communication professionals should be, I have developed a wealth of contacts across the region, have led on senior stakeholder engagement strategies, developed critical CSR programmes, designed and delivered a series of thought leadership events and more importantly developed and mentored effective teams to deliver. Working at a strategic level, I have experience in delivering external public relations both B2B and B2C, social media campaigns, content marketing, public sector stakeholder engagement, employee engagement communications, press and media relations alongside multi-site, pan-European internal communications. I have a natural eye as to what will make a good story and always find creative ways to freshen up a brand or create an innovative campaign out of the most sensitive, or even dry subjects!
