Provided leadership in a practice merger to form and manage an independent multi-specialty group practice with 20 physician specialists (Orthopaedic Surgery, Neurosurgery, Pain Management, and Neurology), 23 physician assistants/nurse practitioners, 150+ employees, and three locations. Responsible for financial and operational management, strategic planning, physician recruitment, human resources, and marketing for the practice. Managed the implementation of EMR / practice management system, PACS, MRI, digital X-ray, mobile X-ray, EOS, Ultrasound, Lab services, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and PM & R services with Procedure Suite. Completion of CON application process for EOS & MRI. Provided oversight and management of constructing and building two new facilities as well as renovation and expansion projects of existing facilities. Successful implementation of meaningful use criteria, PQRS, accreditation, and ACR accreditation.
