Equipment Financial Services This role partners with field sales representatives in all areas of sales support, predominantly in activities related to outbound quoting, coupled with backlog management, in response to incoming requests direct or indirectly.• Responsible for providing reporting, analysis and customer contact support to the sales team to assist in growing and/or retaining a portfolio. • Perform a variety of duties such as performing data entry and database maintenance, preparing reports and assisting in data analysis. •Interface with customers to identify research and solve issues. •Ensure internal system data integrity. •Respond to a high volume of verbal and written internal and external customer communications. •Generate and manipulate a variety of Web based and Excel reports and ensure data integrity on all internal systems/databases.Additionally coordinate customer requests either by personally fulfilling or working with appropriate operational department to ensure that the customer\'s need is met within an appropriate timeframe. •Support the sales teams with various reporting such as pipeline tracking and monthly sales metrics. •Develop and prepare deal proposals and pricing information •Conduct front-end prospecting and research on new deals •Support sales pipeline management •Lead deal team activity – ensure timely, accurate and efficient deal closures •Lead credit calls and updates with GEHC Stakeholders.
