About:I\'ve done about everything in the world of technology, beginning in big enterprises IT when mainframes were considered \"cool\", but weren\'t, to tech-startups building software AI products that really are cool. I\'ve done a lot of stuff and hardly had the same job twice. I guess that\'s because I\'m old. I\'m old but the one thing II\'m not is \"old-school\".I like seeing people grow and hope I might add some small subtitle nudge along the way. My message is “dare to take risks and don’t accept limitations.” My goal is to enroll people in their own vision and my motto is \"go big, crash hard and go again\". In my adventures I ended up discovering some amazing talent of Costa Rica just waiting to be unleashed. I got to unleash some of it and it was a lot of fun. Now I\'m helping US companies that need great talent to add to their teams.
