Lead Toole\'s Mid-Atlantic Planning team, which designs projects that create sustainable, equitable, and prosperous communities through high-quality, people-oriented streets and public spaces for people of all ages and abilities.• Manage Mid-Atlantic business development, strategy and hiring.• Collaborate with local and state government agencies, developers, regional organizations/MPOs, transit agencies, community advocates, business and advocacy organizations, to provide resources and programs that support sustainable urban development.• Led master planning and community engagement, in collaboration with MDOT, MTA, City of Baltimore, and a private developer to create the Reisterstown Plaza Transit-Oriented Development Vision Plan (Baltimore), resulting in a federal RAISE grant award of $4.7M to advance preliminary design and environmental work.
