I build high-trust, high-impact teams that stay grounded in clarity and culture. Over the last 20+ years through leadership at small entrepreneurial businesses, Fortune 500 organizations and large federal contractors, I’ve led enterprise transformations, built and led an aviation consulting practice, and helped steer through 3 M&A events and a full strategic reset, all while sustaining the people and performance that make success possible. A calm, trusted pilot in times of chaos, I’m known for clear decisions, clarity in communication, steady hands, and momentum that lasts long after a crisis passes. I am a change catalyst, bridge-builder, strategic coach, and trusted operator who values authenticity, empowerment, adaptability, and service-oriented leadership to enable purpose-driven success. While I’ve managed multimillion-dollar P & Ls, have been a hands-on operator and executive partner aligning vision with execution, and building high-trust, performance-driven cultures in complex environments, the accomplishments I value most are measured in people. Former team members often share they felt seen, supported, and better off for having worked together. That’s the legacy that matters most to me.
