ABOUT KELLY OMALIA

Physician leader with a strong belief in leveraging data and technology to deliver high quality, cost effective patient care in a manner that maximizes both patient and provider experience. I am passionate about delivering data to clinicians in a manner that is easily utilized, actionable, and drives evidence-based treatment decisions. My extensive experience in a range of practice settings and twenty years of EHR experience help forge a strong connection with other clinicians. Because of my formal health informatics training, I am also able to constructively communicate with IT professionals. I possess the ability to apply analytic tools to visualize data and determine what information is most helpful to drive clinical and operational improvement initiatives.As a leader, I am a proponent of open communication and active teammate engagement. I encourage growth and foster leadership opportunities for individuals within my organization. Provider wellbeing is a key consideration in my decision making. I am committed to finding innovative solutions to today’s healthcare challenges.
