Advocate for the LEGO Learning and Development direction, promoting employee engagement in the curriculum and tools provided.Learning Partnering: Serve as a learning partner for our Commercial business in Markets and Channels, as well as the Chief Financial Organization, working together to identify skill building priorities aligned with business needs as well as colleague engagement and ultimately building a strong culture of ongoing skill building which evolves with needs of our business.Program Impact Tracking and Communication: Develop metrics to quantify the impact of training on commercial activities, using both quantitative and qualitative measures linked to Pinnacle KPIs and other relevant commercial KPIs, and communicate results effectively to stakeholders.
