I am a senior people leader with over 15 years of progressive experience shaping workforce strategy across complex, multi-site and multi-provincial organizations. My career has focused on aligning people, culture, and operations to enable sustainable growth and organizational resilience.As Director of Human Resources at Forum Make Space, I lead enterprise people strategy across seven brands and 55+ locations in six provinces, with accountability for the employee lifecycle shaped by operational needs, regional requirements, and strategic priorities. I partner closely with executive leadership to translate business objectives into scalable people practices—balancing consistency with flexibility in dynamic, high-growth environments.My experience spans union and non-union workforces, national talent acquisition, workforce planning, systems and payroll and benefits transformation, and people leadership through acquisitions and organizational change. I have negotiated collective agreements, supported business integrations, and built enterprise frameworks for performance management, leadership development, and succession planning that strengthen leadership capability and long-term talent readiness.My leadership philosophy is grounded in trust, transparency, and accountability.
