In addition to being the Delivery Lead, I also manage and execute on the full lifecycle of everything involved in a project (or potential project) for a client in the Atlassian space (we like to call this a \"Full Stack Atlassian Consultant\"). This involves pre-sales, sales, delivery, support, and everything in between. Things I do include:PRE-SALES/SALES:*Getting a lead and building a relationship*Demoing the Atlassian products for potential clients*Securing and providing quotes for Atlassian licensing to clients*Run Discovery sessions with clients to understand their need*Write Proposals/SOWs*Estimate hours/effort to price out services*Build proposed timelines/schedules to deliver what the client needs*Communicating and following-up in a timely mannerDELIVERY:*Manage the project to ensure client success*Gather requirements from the client*Architect solutions*Build the solutions*Test the solutions*Facilitate User Acceptance Testing with the client*Implement/Go-Live to Production*Provide and facilitate Post Go-Live Support*Iterate on all of the above in an agile fashion for all deliverables on a project*Gather client feedback and ensure that what was promised is what was delivered*Make sure invoices are sent out when invoiceable milestones are completedDELIVERY LEAD:*Manage the Portfolio (all) of the Atlassian projects*Utilize Tempo for Planning time (managing team capacity)*Track project budgets to keep an eye on actuals vs projections*Develop and document Delivery Team Processes and Procedures to give everyone a place to go to understand their role, how to do it, and to also provide templates for them to quickly get off projects off the ground
