Hi, I’m Kelly! I’m a management professional with 12+ years of experience helping teams and organizations work better together. Over the years, I’ve led programs, built training and exercises, and guided organizational change—all with the goal of making complex challenges feel manageable and meaningful.Most recently, I served as Employee Engagement Lead for FEMA’s Mission Support Executive Office, where I drove agency-wide initiatives to strengthen culture, improve communication, and boost engagement for more than employees. My work often meant turning big ideas into practical strategies—whether that was designing engagement programs, facilitating leadership communications, or creating processes that helped people feel more connected and supported.At the heart of what I do is a simple belief: organizations thrive when people do.
