Advise and support individuals with barriers to employment. I assist the individuals in obtaining meaningful, community-based employment by helping them with skill development, resume writing, informational interviews and in some cases, attending the interview. After the job is obtained, I continue follow along support. Follow along involves regular case management, weekly individual and group communications, site visits with individuals and employers, as well as setting up and presenting at annual meetings.
