Responsible for all aspects of the safety division which include: Review safety inventory, negotiate pricing. and create new sales opportunities by adding core safety and high volume products. Company liaison to safety vendors. Oversee the product lines stocked at each location to ensure the proper safety, traffic and PPE is in place to service their market. Joint calls with sales staff to promote safety product offering, as well as joint calls with manufacturer reps. Product research/quotations for internal and external customers. Work with marketing department on all safety division promotions. Attend various trade shows. Arrange company training between staff and manufacture reps. Work with new and current accounts implementing safety purchasing programs, toolbox talks and product demonstrations.
