ABOUT KELLY MCDONALD

I am an Identity and Access Engineer with OVO. Previously experienced with taking ownership and maintaining such applications as Sailpoint and ServiceNow. My specialty is aligning systems and processes for identity based access, and I achieve this by being able to bridge technical expertise with the understanding of stakeholder needs. With 11 years’ experience in this area, I\'ve successfully increased my ability to manage and work with the teams to define clear goals, apply lateral thinking and aligning strategic ideas and resolutions to suit the requirements. What’s unique about me is that I empower my team, making them feel confident and able to passionately invest in the solutions. My approach is very inclusive, working with all abilities and personality types, passing on knowledge and thorough thought processes, whilst adhering to a continuous service improvement mindset as we go ahead as one team.
