Accountable for the flow of product from both international and domestic suppliers to UK depots in the most efficient and cost effective manner. Manage the team and ensure they prioritise stock to ensure 100% service during launches, promotions, events and the replenishment of any DC out of stocks across the business. Ensuring objectives are delivered and are aligned with the overall Non Food Supply Chain strategy. Responsible for the effective inbound management of all GM & CL supplier deliveries both Domestic and FOB. Manage inbound stock flow to achieve DC stock holding targets. Manage the product flow strategy for all product departments, including bespoke solutions as required, such as store picking at origin. Implement business as usual activity, defined as stock flow management, range, promotional and event planning and execution. Manage the supply chain routing to optimise cost to serve, whilst supporting the delivery of corporate savings. Strategically devise effective, process driven inbound flow management. Optimise DC network performance through effective DC inbound stock management processes. Develop and continuously improve network inbound volume plans from sales and stock forecasts.
